I hadn't tortured myself in a while by trying to get a picture of my kids! So we headed out to a local park one evening to change that! I really wanted to get a nice shot of my 9yr old and maybe one of all of them together. Any photographers reading this will understand how hard this can be! I can take other peoples kids pictures all day long and have ALLL the patience in the world with them but man, my kids drive me batty!
Anyways, I was happy with what we got and they were happier to go play in the playground as soon as we were done!

And finally, one of them all together. Its slightly out of focus but they're all looking at the camera so It'll do till next time!

Looks like you have two boys and a girl... that's what I have too! :) I really love the way you use light flare! I'm not very good with it yet but you seem to nail it!
